Application Areas

Coatings and inks: As wetting and leveling agents, they improve adhesion, color resolution, and printing efficiency.
Paper industry: As a dispersant, it prevents fiber aggregation and improves paper uniformity.
Detergent: Prepare dry cleaning solution and glass cleaning agent, utilizing their wetting and emulsifying properties.
Pesticide formulation: As a dispersant and wetting agent, it enhances the spreadability of the drug solution on plant surfaces.
Other fields: metalworking fluids, leather processing, adhesives, non-woven fabric adhesives, etc.

Storage conditions

environmental control
Temperature: The storage temperature should be controlled within the range of 5-30 ℃ to avoid hydrolysis of ester groups caused by high temperatures (such as air conditioning cooling in summer).
Humidity: Keep dry and ventilated, with a humidity of ≤ 60%, to prevent moisture absorption, clumping or degradation.
Light exposure: Store in a dark place and avoid direct sunlight. It is recommended to use a light shielded container or store in a cool warehouse.
Packaging and containers
Sealing: Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, or 200kg plastic drums to prevent air, moisture, or impurities from entering.
Material selection: Calcium plastic materials, enamel, stainless steel or fiberglass containers should be preferred to avoid long-term contact with metals (such as iron and aluminum) that may cause corrosion.

Protective equipment:
Wear chemical resistant gloves (such as nitrile rubber gloves), goggles, and protective clothing during operation.
In poorly ventilated environments, it is recommended to wear dust masks or half face respirators.
Fire and explosion prevention
Non flammable: OT-75 itself is not flammable, but it should be kept away from sources of fire and high-temperature surfaces to prevent the combustion of other combustibles.
Static protection: Avoid generating static sparks during handling or dumping, and it is recommended to use anti-static equipment or grounding devices.
