6PPD (CAS 793-24-8), N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, is supplied as a p-phenylenediamine rubber antidegradant. We offer it for approved tire and technical-rubber compound formulations that specify 6PPD as an antioxidant and antiozonant. Every offer identifies the chemical as 6PPD itself, not its oxidation product 6PPD-quinone.

Applications

  • Pneumatic tire compounds, including selected tread, sidewall and carcass-related systems.
