Rubber Accelerator MBTS (DM) (CAS 120-78-5), dibenzothiazole disulfide, is supplied as a thiazole accelerator for natural-rubber and synthetic-rubber compounds. We offer MBTS for approved sulphur-vulcanisation systems where a moderately fast, flat cure profile is specified. Powder, oiled-powder and granule grades are quoted separately because their handling and test limits are not identical.

Applications

Tires, tubes and technical rubber goods using an MBTS/DM accelerator system.
Natural-rubber, SBR, NBR, BR and other compatible synthetic-rubber compound manufacture.
Rubber belts, hoses, footwear, rubberised fabrics and moulded goods requiring MBTS.
